4.06 Why does my account automatically renew?

To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, we have to monitor the amount of foreign currency you exchange with us each year. So, when you signed up you agreed to open an account for 12 months to assist us with our compliance. 28 days in advance we'll remind you by email that we are going to automatically renew your account.​
