5.28 What happens if the exchange rate changes while I'm placing an order?

When you add foreign currency to your basket, the exchange rate is updated in real-time as soon as we publish a new rate, and your basket value updated accordingly. If you have started to checkout that order, we will honour the last quoted exchange rate for up to 15 minutes to give you time to complete your order. We will show you a timer so you know when the current checkout will expire, at which point you will be returned to your basket and the exchange rate updated if applicable.​
