    Yes, you can pay using your mobile banking app, creating a real-time, totally secure and verifiable bank transfer using open banking technologies supported by all the major banks. This is in additional to payment by debit card.Few readers

    Through our partnership with Spendology we have access to wholesale rates usually reserved for only the very largest bureaux de change. We have also invested heavily in technology to drive down the costs of processing and delivering orders so that we can pass the benefits on to our customers.   • 1.06 Can I create orders in advance
    Create forward orders which automatically execute when your target exchange rate is reached. Just set the rate, the amount you want to buy and what card to use - then just lean back and relax while we do the rest. Your currency will automatically arrive the next business day after the target rate is reached (if executed before the daily deadline).Few readers
  • 1.07 What are your spending limits
    You can order between £250 and £2,500 of up to five currencies in each order, and exchange a maximum of £25,000 each year. For regulatory reasons, you may be asked for proof of funds and additional identification if your spending levels are high.Some readers

    No you get the same great exchange rate no matter how much or little currency you exchange.Few readers
  • 1.09 What delivery options are available
    Standard delivery is next business day despatch if you order before the daily deadline of 12 noon on any business day in England. You can also choose a nominated day in the next 7 days, which is any business day in your delivery country. Delivery costs £4.99 (£11.22 for Saturday) for orders of up to £500, and are free above this amount. We use fully insured Special Delivery Guaranteed services from Royal Mail, which will compensate you for late, lost or damaged deliveries.Some readers
  • 1.10 Where can I have my currency delivered
    We can deliver anywhere in the UK that Royal Mail offers Special Delivery coverage. In remote areas of the UK this might mean a slower delivery than elsewhere, but it does mean that anyone in the UK can receive our currency deliveries. For fraud prevention and security reasons, we can only deliver to your verified home address, which is where your payment card must be registered.Few readers

    We only use fully screened A grade notes, securely stored and tracked under 24/7 CCTV coverage from delivery by secure courier, to collection by Royal Mail.     We use fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed so you know your cash is safe from our door to yours. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will help you to claim up to the full value of the order and postage from Royal Mail.Some readers

    Our distribution centre in London is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Authorised Payments Institution and registered as a Money Service Business with HMRC. The actual provision of travel money (also known as "cash FX") is not regulated by the FCA.Few readers

    Our distribution centres are located in the financial heart of the City of London, and our operations centre is based in Stafford.Few readers
  • 1.25 What cards do you accept
    For currency orders, we accept all major debit cards, for which there are no charges. This includes Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, Electron and Maestro. You can also pay using your mobile banking app, creating a real-time, totally secure and verifiable bank transfer using open banking technologies supported by all the major banks.
